Read through this information prior to arriving at the Verde Van.
Upon arrival, text (512) 862-7085 to tell us that you're here. Include your order number and the last name associated with the order in your text message. There will be a socially-distant curbside pickup queue line. After letting us know you arrive, join that line to grab your gear. Please do not call the number as it is set up to only receive texts.
The Verde Van will be carrying a limited selection of product available for purchase at walk-up. Due to limited storage space on the van, we cannot guarantee that we will have the item or size that you need, so we recommend ordering ahead on the website. Keep an eye on Austin FC's social media channels and join our distribution list for more information on future Verde Van activations.
If you're unable to arrive during your scheduled pick-up time, please contact us. In order to avoid overcrowding and to ensure your safety and ours, we are requesting that you arrive within your specific pick-up time frame.
Due to limited space on the Verde Van, the only orders we will have with us will be the orders scheduled to be picked up on that given day. Orders for future days will not be available for early pick-up.

Verde Van will be fulfilling an extremely limited number of jersey customization requests on a first come, first serve basis. Once we are sold out of our customizable jerseys, the customization option will no longer be available online. We look forward to offering everyone more robust customization options in the near future! If you have additional questions about customization, please contact us via our contact form.
Custom jersey sales are final and are not returnable. We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges on customized product.

After an order is entered into our system and processed, we may not be able to change or cancel the order. Please contact us at email@example.com if you'd like to try to update or cancel an order before it is processed. We will do our best to accommodate your request when possible.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all order details and pick-up information. Retain this email for when you arrive at the Verde Van to pick up your order.
Same day pickup is not available for the Verde Van.
As long as you place your order before 5pm, we will have it ready to be picked up the following day. Orders placed after 5pm will require 2 days to fulfill.
