FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Read through this information prior to arriving and/or placing an order.

NON-EVENT DAYS: Sunday-Saturday 10am-6pm

EVENT/MATCH-DAYS: Open to the public at 10am and closes 2 hours prior to gates opening.

Only open to ticketed customers once gates open. The general public will not be allowed access to Q2 Stadium and the store after gates re-open unless they purchase a ticket. No exceptions.

Non-event days: Verde Store at Q2 Stadium

Sunday-Saturday 10am-6pm

During match: Mobile Pickup Location (Behind Sec. 118)

NW corner of Q2 Stadium, until 30 minutes post-match.

Same day pick up is now available for non-custom products.

For non-event days, you will have until 6pm to pick up your order from The Verde Store at Q2 Stadium.

Same day orders placed during a game will be fulfilled up until the end of halftime. All orders placed after halftime will be fulfilled the next business day.

Purchases made online may be customized if supplies permit. Some jerseys may not be available for same-day customization.

Upon placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all order details and pick-up information. Retain this email for when you arrive to pick up your order.

After an order is entered into our system and processed, we may not be able to change or cancel the order. Please contact us at merch@austinfc.com if you'd like to try to update or cancel an order before it is processed. We will do our best to accommodate your request when possible.

If you need to initiate a return or exchange, please bring your product in like new condition with the tags still attached and purchase receipt to one of our stores. Reach out to merch@austinfc.com if you have specific questions about a return or exchange.

*Sale is final on all custom merchandise.
